Kimpton Grand is hosting the Roatan Food and Wine Festival in August, featuring culinary and drink sessions. Mauro Pellegrino and Sarah Harmacek are organizing the event, with Mauro overseeing the food and beverage and Sarah focusing on the beverage portion. They are working together to creatively pair food and drinks and ensure a smooth event. Sarah, a certified sommelier, is training the staff to be more knowledgeable about different wines and beverages. The festival will offer a variety of food and drink stations, including a whole cow roasted on the terrace. The event is open to the public and will take place on August 3rd from 5pm to 10pm.
