Here is the recipe for a fantastic green drink to nourish YOU.

Pour 1 cup of boiling water into a Mason jar to steep 2 to 4 green tea bags for 10 minutes. Discard the teabags and slightly cool. Whip in 1/2 teaspoon gelatin.
Fill a bullet with 1 tightly packed cup of soft baby greens, a touch of Stevia, 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon, mineral salts, 1 teaspoon of MCT oil, and 1 teaspoon of collagen.
Pour the green tea from the mason jar into the Bullet and blend.
Fill the mason jar with ice and pour in the green bullet mixture.
Optional: add 1 teaspoon of heavy cream or almond milk.
Yummy to the tummy!!

Heart to heart:
It's 2024, and it feels fantastic to have established several health habits in 2023 that can roll and continue into the New Year. Things like green drinks are familiar to me, except for changing the ingredients for variety.
Let's get personal, would you like me to?
1. Today is "FASTING MONDAY" where I do not take any supplements and eat less than 300 calories throughout the day. This drink hit the spot at around 2 pm when my stomach was growling for food!! So, I drank this.
It was delicious and I may make another one!!
2. The weather is cold for Arizona, so this is the perfect time for me to cold plunge in my Home Depot oversized tool chest. First, I jump on the mini trampoline for ten minutes while I breathe oxygen from a concentrator.
Then, I zip up into an infrared sauna blanket where I sweat so I am warmed up before I go into the backyard, submerging myself cold water. It's the hot/cold shock! I wouldn't say I like doing it but it appears to raise my WBC count and I gain a whooping amount of energy.
That's enough for today.
Blessings.
