DAY 13 of my Calisthenics and Cardio Hybrid Training was okay but still great overall. I came done to the realization that I'm gonna have to start icing my legs after every session (at least for now) while I wait for my body to keep adjusting to the intensity. Besides that, running was okay I couldn't go all out because of discomfort in my foot and leg again BUT PUSH UPS? push ups?! I managed to break yet another record for push ups and that was a really great sense of accomplishment. While running could've been better the calisthenics portion of the workout was awesome and let me know that I am still progressing so there's no need to be discouraged. Either way we keep charging forward because I got to keep in mind that it has only been 2 weeks so far so I just have to keep going!!
