Back on the surface after the Cave Ruins, we head to the nearby Sand City where a battle is waiting for us. Leon and his team are there but they seem to be mind-controlled. After the fight, they join us and we move on to the next fight at Rock City. Harry meets us along the way and challenges us. Our next battle is with him and the Tiger Team. It goes well and they also join us. We're told our victory means we can challenge the island Arenas next, with the eventual goal of accessing the Back Draft HQ.
