Hey everybody welcome to another video on the channel. If you're new here my name is Tim and I started the channel to document my journey to a sub 3 hour marathon, with the hope that I can inspire some people to start running themselves or even start up their own Youtube channel.

In todays video I take on Men's 10k in Edinburgh where I entered to try best my PB from last year of 39:00. I also ran this event in 2022 where I ran 39:10 so I'm hoping to continue the marginal gains at the event and come away with my first sub39 minute 10k. This is the video with all of the raw footage that I recorded from the race and I have added some voice over tips to help give you some guidance if you are looking to run this event in 2025.
