Ricky Skaggs, originally from Cordell, KY, is a fifteen time Grammy Award winner and member of the International Bluegrass Music Association Hall of Fame. The Seldom Scene, formed in 1971 in Maryland, is a progressive bluegrass band having produced seven albums in the first five years of the band’s existence.
