I checked out this award winning spot for their iftar buffet. £20 gets you a lot and pretty much includes all the desi favorites.

Usually buffet food isn't great but this was actually flavorful with food quality meats and freshly made - this really stood out and at no point was anything finished up from the buffet, it was regularly replenished.

My favorites were the biryani, Keema, achari karahi. From the starters the Seekh kebab was lovely, could taste a nice smokeyness from it.

I had higher expectations from the pasta as it looked good but just tasted too sweet imo.

Karak chai was a let down but their mango lassi - pretty much had a full jug of it. They also do a paan I recommend trying.

For £20 you're getting a lot in terms of variety but also good quality. Loved the full Pakistani atmosphere there too.
