Chef Alex Caspero: I can’t say enough good things about these muffins! They are perfectly moist, flavorful and the just right amount of tart, thanks to fresh cranberries. They’re a little more wholesome than traditional muffins, using applesauce and low-fat buttermilk to cut down on the overall oil content.
