Were you there? Last week, thousands of first-year students came together from ASU’s Polytechnic, West, Downtown Phoenix and Tempe campuses for the first of many traditions; the collective 2027 class flooded Mountain America Stadium with their energy and spirit for Sun Devil Welcome

President Michael Crow and University Provost Nancy Gonzales welcomed the newest Sun Devils and spoke of values, tradition, opportunity and success.

The rain-soaked welcome, also peppered with student performances, gave way to InfernoFest, featuring a concert by the Harlem-born rapper Ferg.
