West Coast of Africa: From Hamburg to Namibia.
We started from Hamburg in September 2023 to a road trip along the West Coast of Africa to Namibia, where we did arrive in April 2024. We crossed 17 countries in Africa along the route: Morocco, Mauretania, Senegal, The Gambia, Guinea Conakry, Sierra-Leone, Liberia, Ivory Coast, Ghana, Togo, Benin, Nigeria, Cameroon, Congo Brazzaville, Congo Kinshasa, Angola, Namibia.
We drove 28.100 km within 215 days.

For further information see our website. Besides of some general information about our journey including considerations before and preparational work, you will find a diary with photos, texts and a downloadable route map for each day of our journey:

The cabin and the flat tray (incl. water tank, 3rd party Diesel tank, compressor) has been manufactured by Fiftyten/50TEN, Stefan Decker: https://fiftyten.de
Other modifications (suspension, front bumper, tires etc) have been realized by Swen Weigler and his team: https://offroad-weigler.de
For Africa we were using the solution of offroad-motorhomes, Markus Kruse for getting along with bad Diesel (too much sulphur) and disconnecting Adblue: https://o-m.services

We are not afficialiated with the mentioned companies in another way than we are their customers.
