A remix of a song I have lots of nostalgia towards.
I decided to use the bob the builder version as that's a show I grew up with and used to watch a lot as a kid, which brings me a lot of nostalgia. Another reason why I used this version as it was often played at my school disco's when I was younger, along with the original version, and because the vocals in this provide for some catchy sentence mixing.
I had a load of fun using this source, and making a full remix with the calypso base for the first time in a long time. It's one of my favourite bases of all time and it surprisingly fit so well with the big fish, little fish, cardboard box song.
I tried to make this as authentic and catchy as possible, I included percs straight out of the song, and put a lot of effort into making the chorus fit. But yeah I hope you all like this one! Instrumental wise this is one of my best works for sure.
