eInk tablet surfaces from Boox, reMarkable, and Supernote that are built for note-taking all deploy a film over the screen to provide some tactile feedback to the writer. These vary from device to device and what's more, the stylus tips (nibs) used also affect the feel. I felt (no pun intended) the need to do some tests on the different eInk tablet surfaces. I wanted to try different nib types/materials to see how I felt (okay, pun intended :) about them. And as always I figured I'd share those results.
