INGREDIENTS: 3-4 potatoes, 120 g cheese, 50 g parmesan, 200 ml milk, a bunch of dill, 80 g butter, 1-2 tablespoons flour, salt and pepper, water.

Cooking method: Cut 3-4 potatoes, cover with water and cook until done.
Add 1/4 teaspoon salt to the potatoes and mash them.
Add chopped dill and mix.
Form potato balls with cheese in them.
Grease a baking dish with butter.
Bake at 180°C for 10-12 minutes.
Sauce: Melt 50g butter, add one and a half tablespoons of all-purpose flour, add 200ml milk, season with salt and pepper, add cheese and parmesan. When the cheese melts and the sauce thickens, it's ready. At the end of cooking, add the remaining dill.
