INGREDIENTS (for 10 molds)
1. Caramel
Water -50ml
Sugar - 100gr
Coffee or Water - 40ml (pouring after the sugar turn yellow/organ)
2. Flan
5 Eggs ~ 350gr (use 5 yolks and 4 whites)
Full cream milk/fresh milk: 500ml
Condensed milk - 160gr
