This is a big W for those who have built HoO. Iskandar set literally provides huge DMG bonus for HoO. For those who are skipping Vita, I recommend getting new Divine Key and new Stigmata Set for HFin.
The lineup can be changed depending on the battlesuits you have or depending on the boss or weather. It can be HoO HFin LV/SImp/GD. You can also use HTR but GD seems to be doing better than HTR. The benefits of using HoO are Big DMG from HoO's slashes, shorter on-field time of support battlesuits (cuz you only need to use HFin weapon active to activate the buffs for HoO) and being able to utilize lightning support battlesuits' buff duration longer than any other team.
For example, when you use Mobius dps with LV SImp/GD, either LV or SImp/GD buff expires first sometimes and you have to adjust the rotation to time with the support buffs. But HoO is different. She can fully utilize the buffs and can even kill enemies faster due to the new buffs from HFin.
HoO can be a great asset for those who are struggling with lightning weathers. Also SS HoO was obtainable from the past events and even her equipment were cheap to pull when she was first released. So this is a massive win for those who didn't skip her equipment.
