I had a chance to visit Ras Madrakah beach near Duqm city in the Wilayat of Duqm. It takes around one hour of drive from Duqm to reach this beautiful beach. It is next to a village by same name. The village itself is inhabited by fishermen. There are few parking places next to the beach. The beach has white sand and I saw a lot of crabs running along the beach. Definitely one of the better beaches in that area. The good thing about the beach is that the temperatures here is always good. It is around 600 kms from Muscat and about 70 Kms from from the Duqm town.
