Q: How much is your rates?
A:
A.) Over water cottages are worth Php5,000 and can hold a maximum of 20 persons.

B.) Over water Cabanas are worth Php5,000 and can hold a maximum of 15 persons

C.) Premium Beach Cottages are worth Php3,500 and can hold a maximum of 20 persons.

D.) Beach Cottages are worth Php2,500 and can hold a maximum of 20 persons.

E.) Over the water function rooms are worth Php10,000 and can hold a maximum of 50-60 persons.

F.) Indoor air-conditioned function rooms are worth Php15,000 and can hold a maximum of 30-40 persons.

Q: Is there any entrance fee or corkage?
A: There is no entrance or corkage fees IF you rent a cottage.

Q: Can we stay overnight?
A: The resort is operating only from 6am - 6pm daily. (Currently no overnight)

Q: Is there any food available on the spot?
A: The restaurant is available but is not yet operational (Drinks are still sold however ONLY to people who rent a cottage).

Q: What is the minimum number days to book a cottage?
A: If you plan on reserving a cottage, please book at least 5 days in advance so that we can check for availability.

Q: Where can I pay?
A: You can pay through any BDO bank and send a receipt on messenger for confirmation OR through BDO Online Banking and sending a screenshot of the transaction. If you want to pay through BDO, message us first to receive the account number and to check for availability.

Q: Can we cook there?
A: We provide a simple charcoal grill, but we do not supply the charcoal. (Cooking near the cottages is STRICTLY prohibited, please cook on the beach side ONLY)

Q: Where are the restrooms?
A: The restrooms are found beside the restaurant and near the beach cottages. Outdoor showers are also provided for all cottages.

Q: Can I park there?
A: Yes, you can park your car within the resort parking space.

Q: What if we are more than the maximum number of people?
A: In excess of the maximum number of people, we charge Php300 per person.

Q: Are children included in the counting?
A: Children 3 and under are not included in the number of people.

Q: When is the best time to visit?
A: The best time to visit the resort is during high tide. (You can check the internet to know when the tides are of the day).

Q: Where is the beach resort located?
A: It is located at Sicolon, Mauswagon, Laguindingan. Right beside the Philippine Coast Guard Headquarters. Drone flying is STRICTLY prohibited. (ultimate privacy)

Q: Can I roam around the beach?
A: You can roam anywhere in the site as long as you do not enter the cottages you have not rented.

Q: Can I use the beach resort for a photo shoot?
A: Photo shoots are available at Php5,000 and can use any cottages that is not currently being used.

Q: Can I upgrade cottages?
A: You can upgrade to an over-water cottage assuming it is not being utilized, but you must pay the difference of the rate in cash.
