Tropical Storm Debby is expected to develop today as it moves off of Cuba. But as the system turns to the north, it will likely strengthen pretty quickly into a high-end 70 mph tropical storm, with Debby becoming a hurricane at landfall, possibly by early Monday morning. But the worst thing with this is it will slow down dramatically or possibly stall off the Georgia coast, with re-strengthening looking very likely. But now, what will the impacts be, and how bad will they be?
