Hello bodybuilders, this is Vladerovich workout!

The principles of drawing up a training program on horizontal bars and uneven bars. For example, after warming up, start with Australian pull-ups, bench push-ups, squats 15 times, bench crunches, boat raises. Break until breathing is restored.

When you enter the regime in 3-4 weeks, the optimal workouts are at least every other day, you can concentrate on one workout only on the pulling movements, on the other - on the press. And you can combine doing light and heavy loads. Our goal is to keep the muscles from getting used to, change your grips, exercise sequence, rest intervals.

Over time, it is better to put your legs out for a separate workout in order to get the best hormonal response and do it for fresh strength. The grip can be another reason for low reps. Pull up on a thick bar or towel, or in general, buy a rotating bar to strengthen your grip. Breathing is correct - and the effort is exhaling through the nose, and inhaling through the mouth on relaxation
