I always keep a few jars, tins and potions in my cupboard to give my cocktails the X-factor - passionfruit pulp is one of my favourites! Here's 3 ways to use it to zhuzh your drinks.

PASSIONFRUIT MOJITO:
60ml (2oz) white rum
30ml (1oz) lime juice
30ml (1oz) passionfruit
5ml (1/6 oz) sugar syrup
6 mint leaves
Glass: highball
Garnish: mint sprig

PASSIONFRUIT TOMMY'S MARGARITA:
50ml (1 2/3oz) mezcal
20ml (2/3oz) passionfruit
20ml (2/3oz) lime juice
5-10ml (1/6 - 1/3oz) agave syrup
Glass: rocks
Garnish: dehydrated lime wheel

(COFFEE) PASSIONFRUIT MANHATTAN
60ml (2oz) whisky (I used coffee infused whisky, but any blended Scotch works well)
15ml (1/2 oz) sweet vermouth
15ml (1/2 oz) passionfruit
2 dash Peychaud's bitters
Glass: coupe
Garnish: orange twist
