Seventh Chords
Seventh chords add an extra note to the basic triad, creating a richer and more complex sound. They are formed by adding a minor seventh interval to a major or minor chord. Seventh chords are widely used in jazz, blues, and pop music to add tension and resolution in chord progressions.
