Ingredients
1200 ml coconut milk of medium thickness (use 5 packs of 65 ml instant coconut milk then add water to make 1200 ml
2 pandan leaves
300 gr of sugar
1 tsp salt
300 gr of rice flour
100 gr tapioca flour
50 gr of medium protein flour
Chocolate paste to taste or you can use 25 grams of cocoa powder
1 tsp food bleach or can be skipped


Baking pan size 18x18x7 cm

Yield 24 pieces of medium size
