We got in the gym with Sylvain Francisco AKA The Arrow! He was training with Irv Roland, a big time trainer who's worked with James Harden, Chris Paul and lots more NBA hoopers!

The Arrow worked on his ball handling, shooting and finishing, all NBA moves! I'm about go try the fake behind the back pass to fade away jump shot, that move was clean. Seriously though, if you're trying to work on your game, try some of these drills. Irv is the best in the business.
