Hello everyone! We are back with another vlog on my journey toward weight loss. Thank you for hanging with me as I learn and grow (and shrink) from all of this.

Happy 4th of July! I am grateful to be in a country that allows me the freedoms that I enjoy. The ability to post these videos of my journey, and make connections with all of you.

Also, Happy Tarik Skubal day! It was great to see my little brother back on the mound after nearly a year since his injury. He CRUSHED it.
