September 2024 in Prague with extreme weather. A week ago the temperature was +31, and already in 5 days it was +9 and incessant rain. For several days it has been raining all over the Czech Republic and strong winds are blowing, breaking trees.
Some cities and regions of the Czech Republic are in a difficult situation. People are being evacuated due to severe flooding.
In Prague, the Vltava River has overflowed its banks, but so far the situation is under control. The water level is constantly monitored.
