Framing a 12x16 addition to my old garage/shed that was falling down. The room addition will be my new workshop! I'm using "advanced framing" to cut down on lumber costs and consumption. I'm using LP Smart Siding panels, because they can double as the wall sheathing. I do all the work myself! Including the roofing, painting, installing the man door, garage door, and windows. And of course all the wall framing and roof trusses. Stay tuned to see if it passes inspection.
