Irritable Bowel Syndrome is one of the toughest issues to deal with that isn't life threatening. I have gone through so much in the years dealing with IBS, and although I do travel a lot, it is something that takes a bit of preparing. And there's no guarantee that you'll be 100% ok. In my view, the reward is bigger than the risk. My journey has never been that easy. I have lost so many opportunities and continue to lose opportunities because of my condition. It doesn't stop me from trying though. I need to make sure I make things happen. With the right support system behind you, anything is possible. It may not be easy, but it's possible. Traveling is my love. Having a partner who is understanding and loving is the best remedy. So live life. Live every day. Take some time to enjoy the view.

Talk to your doctor. Seek a Gastroenterologist for medical advice. What worked for me may not work for you. I am not a doctor nor am I telling you what you need to take. This was/is my life and what has worked for me.
