I previously made a video on how to trouble shoot and replace this part . admittedly this video is better at showing you step by step on how to replace the compressor and why it is a better idea to not just shop for the cheapest one you can find. You can do this job in under an hour. This video should give you the confidence to tackle this yourself. Please leave a comment if you were succesful and found this helpful. This was a lincoln navigator 2013 but it will be very similar if not identical to other years as well as the ford expedition. This is the second time I replaced this part on this vehicle the original compressor lasted 58k miles , the replacement lasted 42k. hopefully this one last at least 50k but if it doesn't I know it is lifetime warranty.
