How to grow a Korean vegetable garden, how I grow many of the most used vegetable ingredients in Korean food.

Korean vegetables are remarkably easy to grow in your home garden – whether it’s in the ground or in pots. These are a few plants that I have grown for many years and you will be amazed by how wonderful they taste when freshly picked! Don’t wait any longer and take your Korean food recipes to the next level with the very freshest ingredients!

Here are some of the Korean vegetables and herbs we talk about!
Minari (미나리 Water dropwort)
AeHobak (애호박 Korean zucchini)
Eolbari Baechu (얼갈이 배추 Seoul Green Cabbage) - slender than regular napa cabbage
Bomdong Baechu (봄동 배추 Spring Cabbage) - tender than regular napa cabbage, good to eat raw
Put Gochu (풋고추 Korean green chili peppers) - good to eat with Korean BBQ or as garnish
Kwari Gochu (꽈리고추 Shishito peppers)
Kkaennip (깻잎 Perilla)
Ssukat (쑥갓 chrysanthemum Leaves/crown daisies)
Buchu (부추 Korean chives) - aka Garlic chives, Asian Chives, Chinese Chives
Ssuk (쑥 mugwort)
Mu (무 Korean Radish)
Gaat (갓 Mustard Greens) - used in Kimchi

Not in the video but I also grow Korean Daepa 대파 (Korean leek).
