this is a firewood processor that I have designed and built in my shop the motor is a 55 hp air/oil cooled deutz and was used but rebuilt to new. The hydro pump is a 2 section 30-30 gallon per min new and all valves The saw system was built to handle 28gpm soo I have flow control and pressure compensated flow dividers. This machine cost around 27,000 to build and it does 2 cord is 40 mins with normal wood . if I have pole wood and long wood10" to 18" I can do 4 cord an hour I can do 16" 18" or 24" this machine I put on a 24ft deck over trailer soo I can move it around and on pipe lines and gas pads I am sawing rock oak at this point it cuts as fast as it can almost stall the chain but keep cutting the saw system is designed to not stall out unless the wood moves and it will stall at this point
