For this week's "Did You Know Show" we are looking at the most expensive sold homes in Stockton and Lodi that sold in the month of October.

Taking a look at Stockton, we can find our first most expensive sold home in the Morada east area at 10700 Oakwilde Ave. This house had 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 3,763 square feet. Built in the early nineties, this home definitely looks a little dated on the interior when it comes to the colors of the carpet, the kitchen cabinetry, and the appliances, but being a single story home on one and a quarter acres this home was still very desirable. The home was listed for $1,195,000 and sold relatively quickly for an even $1,000,000 making it the most expensive sold home in Stockton for that month.

Moving north to the city of Lodi, this most expensive sold home was one of the more unique ones we have seen. The home can be found at 380 South Sunset Dr. The property is 1.34 acres in the middle of Lodi, and can be subdivided. The house itself has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2,084 square feet, but it is most likely that the property was purchased for the land and not the house. Taking a look at the overhead photos, we can see that the property seems to be surrounded by commercial development, and it is likely that this house will be torn down in order to develop the land. This will be an interesting property to keep an eye on and see what develops in the future. Nonetheless, it is still the most expensive sold home for Lodi last month.
