Shop your way through some of Barcelona's greatest sights! We start on the famous road La Rambla where we stop at La Boqueria for some spices, oils, nougat, romesco and more! Romesco sauce is one of our most delicious discoveries in the city!

We walk a few paces down to La Barça, an offical FC Barcelona Store. Barcelona jerseys are a hugely popular souvenir, and the variety of designs here is incredible! It is a 3 story store!

Down the road a few more blocks, we make it to Casa Amatller, former home to the Amamtller chocolatier family. The architecture is gorgeous, full of chocolatey details, and inside you can buy the Amatller chocolate! Don't miss Casa Batlló right next door, another incredible work of architect Antoni Gaudi.

Near Ciutadella Park, the Arc De Triomf, Palau de la Música, Picasso Museum, basically everything, we go to Nomad Coffee. This local coffee shop is full of insanely knowledgeable coffee connoisseurs and unique coffee beans from all over the world (roasted there). We got some incredible recommendations, enjoyed a coffee there, and got some beans to take home!

Nearby we found American Socks, made in Barcelona. It's funny.

Speaking of funny, we make it to a shop called caganer .com home of Catalonia's unique Christmas tradition, the Caganer. A figurine of a man pooping that is placed next to the nativity scene to bring good luck. There is such an insane variety of these things, but we bought the traditional Catalonian man in a red hat.

This region is also known for it's ceramics, so we visit Ceràmica Villegas and 1748 Artesania I Coses appreciating the detailed local art! There are really fun and unique pieces there.

One of my friends told me her biggest regret when visiting Barcelona was not buying the handmade shoes! At Handmade Avarcas & Espadrilles not only do they sell them, they also offer a class where you can make your own custom homemade shoes! Definitely a fun, unique souvenir from the city!

The next day we explore Park Güell, another beautiful work of Antoni Gaudi & it's gift shop where they sell little wooden Gaudis and unique jewelry.

Our last stop is the greatest work of Gaudi, la Sagrada Familia. It is one of the most stunning places you will ever see, which in a way makes the gift shop even more challenging because nothing can live up to the insane beauty of this place! Maybe the best souvenir here is just a coffee table book to capture some of the beauty of this place forever.

For Ivan, a former NASA engineer, it is creating an engineering product that will change the world!
