This is a PP recipe. A simple recipe from simple products: pumpkin, apples, eggs, kefir, cottage cheese. Recipe:
Pumpkin - (240 g)
Apples-2 pcs (270 g)
Eggs-2 pieces
Sugar-2 tbsp
Kefir (sour cream) -50 ml
Curd-100 g
Corn flour-50 g
Vanilla sugar-1 tsp
Salt pinch
Baking powder-1 tsp
Salt pinch
Bake in the oven at 180'C for 35 minutes. Roasting times may differ depending on the oven. I have a 20/20 shape.
