This hike was completed on November, 11 2023. We parked at the AT trailhead to Old Speck in Grafton Notch. We chose to take the Eyebrow Trail up and connect to the AT as we heard the Eyebrow can be fun with ladders and cables. The Eyebrow section is a fun change of pace and could be dangerous if icy or wet. There are some beautiful views at the end of the Eyebrow trail as shown in the video. I chose to change the music up in this video as some have mentioned they could use a change from classical. I get classical is not for everyone, but I do love some Beethoven and nature:) If you do love the classical in the videos don't worry, it will be back! At the top of Old Speck there is a tower you can climb. I made it half-way up before the cold and ice turned me back. If you climb it in the winter please be careful!

In all, this hike took us about 4.5hrs. I was way off in the video closing on the time for this one. the length was about 8 miles with 2,900 feet of elevation. There were lots of PUDS (pointless ups and downs) and it kept the hike very interesting and fun. Enjoy!!
