Hundreds of young Kenyans have taken to the streets of Nairobi to protest against the government's proposed tax hikes, clashing with police who have fired water cannons and tear gas to disperse them. The demonstrations -- dubbed "Occupy Parliament" -- began in Nairobi on June 18, before spreading nationwide two days later.
