As promised, here is the video about the equipment that I use for my chocolate bonbon designs.
The equipment is only for small scale productions.
My gun has only 0,5 mm nozzles.
I will recommend to buy gun with at least 0,8 mm nozzles if you plan to produce in bigger scale.
Also very important is to buy the right compressor. If you don´t have enough pressure the cocoa butter will not come out and block quite fast.
