This was originally on a channel that started with a C, I just can’t remember the rest of the name so forgive me... this is a classic EAS video that has been on the internet for ages, and I posted it here when I saw the original uploader’s channel was closed. I thought it should be preserved, given how closely it took place prior to the September 11 attacks.
