In this latest episode from our Clean Series, we fix some of the most common problems people have as they're doing their cleans.

From kicking the bar out from off the floor to looping around their knee, jumping forward, letting the bar crash on them, or bending their arms early - we cover it!

The funny thing about all of these common faults is they tend to happen due to the same underlying problem - your arm tension is WRONG!

By working towards keeping our arms more straight throughout the entire pull, we're forced to fix some of the other issues that come up, in order to keep our arms long, so that we can make contact at the right point on our thigh!
