In this course, you will learn how to make a fun Melted Ice Cream Cake that will impress your friends and family. You will be guided through each step of the cake, learning valuable tips and techniques along the way.

The materials needed for this course include:

-Parchment Rounds
-Same Size Parchment Squares
6" 8" Cake (Baked in a 3" tall cake pans) - Cut each layer in half (For a 6" cake you will need 2 cups of batter per cake pan or 1 box of cake mix. For an 8" cake you will need 4 cups of batter per cake pan or 2 boxes of cake mix.)
-1 1/2 cups of filling or 3 cups for an 8" cake
-8 1/2 cups of buttercream - 5 1/2 cups for main cake, 3 cups of colored buttercream - USE GEL FOOD COLOR!
-Serrated Knife to cut cake (14" knife here)
-12" Metal Turntable
-Opaque Scraper/ Sugar Scraper
-Metal Scraper
-Offset Spatula
-10" Cake DRUM (not board) for 6" cake 12" Cake DRUM for 8" cake - ALWAYS AT LEAST 4" LARGER THAN YOUR CAKE SIZE!
-24" Piping Bags (Main Buttercream Color)
-16" Piping Bags (Filling)
-12" Piping Bag (For extra frosting and ganache) - These are also so great for other everyday uses!!
-Extra cake (tops can be used OR make some cupcakes to go along with it and use a couple cupcakes!)
-Sugar Ice Cream Cone
-1/2 cup (2-4 oz) Sprinkles for the bottom of the cake and the top of the ice cream cone
-6 oz of Pink Chocolate Melts (extra for chocolate bars and top of ice cream cone or another color! I use confetti white chocolate)
-1 oz (2 Tbsp) water
-Chocolate Bar Mold
-Macaron - you can buy one from a grocery store!
-Large Sprinkle Rods
