Lagoon Float Camp, an Airbnb right outside of Tofino, B.C., is one of the most incredible places I’ve ever stayed, not because it’s fancy, but because it’s not. This is part of our best hotels, resorts and Airbnb series for the Pacific Northwest and Vancouver Island, B.C. Float Camp is all about escaping from the outside world and re-connecting to nature. It’s the less is more experience. In this video I’ll take you with me for 3 days of seclusion, relaxation with some activities thrown in.
Typical stays at Lagoon Float Camp are three days and you do need to bring all your own food. There is a tiny kitchen/eating area, a glamping tent, a wood-fired sauna, composting toilet (fun), hammocks set up at the end of the dock, a rowboat, paddle boards and that’s all you need to have a great escape.
