INGREDIENTS I USED:

Seared in cast iron skillet and then baked in the oven on 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.

4 Chicken Breasts (I used thighs)
6 Slices cooked bacon
2 C Monterey Jack Cheese (I used Colby Jack)

**Honey Mustard Sauce
1/3 C Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp Honey
2 Tsp Stone Ground Mustard (I used regular yellow mustard)
