Hi guitarists, I'm Alessandro Bianchi, welcome to ShapeYourTone! 🔥
In today's video we focus on the Ibanez electric guitar brand!
I want to talk to you about the approach that Ibanez has in managing its guitar models, from the cheapest to the most expensive ones!
And the difference is right there.
Gibson and Fender do not produce low-budget electric guitars, they do not go below a certain price range and to satisfy guitarists with more accessible models they have two separate brands: Epiphone and Squier.
Ibanez is the opposite, whether it is a €2000 guitar or a €200 one it will always be Ibanez branded like for example the Ibanez Gio in today's video.
One is the Ibanez GRX40 which is now very famous on the channel, the other is a guitar that many of you have asked me for, namely the Ibanez GRG121 which still remains a decidedly accessible guitar.

The average quality is very good for the price obviously, Ibanez is a guarantee.
The guitar has some interesting features typical of Ibanez such as the 5-position selector that splits the pickups and makes the guitar super versatile!
