Recipe ingredients
• 12 tortillas (2 packages)
• 200 g grated mozzarella
FOR KIMA
• 3/4 minced meat
• 1 large onion, finely chopped
• 1 cup of Greek coffee olive oil (60 ml)
• 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
• 1 teaspoon of oregano
• 1 teaspoon of dried basil
• 1 teaspoon paprika
• 1 teaspoon of tomato paste
• 1 cup tomato paste (200 ml)
ABOVE THE KIMA
• 50 g grated mozzarella
• 1 large cup or whipping cream (250 ml)
• 3 eggs
• a little salt-pepper-nutmeg
• 50 g grated hard cheese
