2021-08-14 K & D ATV House Rentals & Guide Services Ken 304 862 2851. Started on a back trail from Ashland Crumpler Rd to HMIR-54, Outlaws to Goldfish Pond. The 570 hit an under water rock while crossing a puddle in the trail! Trails through Beer Can Alley, stopped and got crazy and muddy at Skimming Pond. The tour took us back along Pinnacle Creek, ended at Outlaw Bar & Grill. Special thanks to the young lady driving the snorkeled RZR 900 (I think) through Skimming Pond about 6:30pm. Her tires dug up the Teva sandals that were lost (sucked off Missy's feet and stuck in the mud) earlier that day. Sorry you broke an axle... We recovered the footwear that would otherwise have been trash on the ground.
...The rock incident was the clincher for considering a bigger vehicle. I never saw that rock, and I hit so hard, I wished I had a teeth guard! The rest of the group was getting tired of always waiting for me to pick my way through the difficult stuff. It was time for me to upgrade...
