Mizeria, a Polish cucumber salad

Ingredients
2 hothouse cucumbers, thinly sliced and salted
1/2 cup sour cream
2 Tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon finely chopped dill
1 tablespoon finely chopped green onion or chives
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions
Let the cucumbers sit for 20 mins.
Press with paper towel to remove moisture.
Add to a bowl.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over cucumbers.
Toss until well combined.
Chill.

Serves 4-6
