The new Python machine by Lincoln Electric allows the facility to cut, cope, and prepare both pre-engineered metal building frames and conventional hot rolled shapes, enhancing in-house production capabilities.

The facility is equipped with advanced assembly welding robots, showcasing Allied Steel's willingness to tackle complex and large-scale projects that others might avoid.

A 3D shot blaster machine ensures that steel beams are thoroughly cleaned at every angle before the final painting process, resulting in "clean steel" that is ready for finishing.

The automated paint line is the final step in production, applying various primer and finish coats, including custom colors like Allied blue, to deliver a product that meets both customer and company standards.
