This session, presented by Gordon Wanzare, explores the process of developing a Logframe through problem tree and solution/objective tree analysis. Gordon has over 15 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation as a manager, consultant, and advisor with national and local Non-Governmental Organizations and Governments in East and West Africa. Both his work and learning experience in M&E spans 13 countries i.e. Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Ethiopia, Tanzania, Nigeria, South Africa, Ghana, Benin, Netherlands, Belgium, Philippines, and India.
