Kongu Style Chicken Biriyani tastes a lot different than the usual ones, the addition of whole spices without grinding brings a huge difference in taste.

• Use Seeraga Samba Rice, Basmati is a strict nono for this recipe
• While adding water, add a total of 600ml ( including the chicken stock water)
• After closing the cooker, wait for the steam and then add whistle and Cook for 10 minutes in low flame.
