I cannot overemphasize how often I use Apple Slices that are covered with Cinnamon, Sugar, & Fresh Lemons. I cook with them. I dehydrate them, and I eat them raw.

First, I peel, core, and slice the apples in my Tigwin Tool. Then, I arrange the slices on a plastic sheet. Then, I cover the slices with freshly squeezed lemon juice. After that I cover the slices with Cinnamon & Sugar.

Lemons are a staple in my kitchen. I squeeze fresh lemon on many things that I eat, drink, and cook. I also use lemon essential oil in my diffuser:
