This video is created by me, Crimean tatar, who would like the entire world to know our story. Crimea is my Homeland, where my roots are from. It hurts me seeing how much my people are suffering because of the Russian occupation. Since 2014, after illegal Russian annexation of Crimea, our people are being persecuted, harrased and jailed because we do not accept the new so called government. With the war going on in Ukraine, we pray that one day, Crimea returns to Ukraine. We deserve to live peacefully on our land, to raise our children, practise our religion and traditions, speak our language, organise memorial rally in rememberance of those who died in deportation, to speak up when we feel being discriminated against, to watch and listen our own channels and finally, be free. Glory to Ukraine.
